A101 E-Light Optical-electrical Esthetic System
This new generation system integrates advantages of both optical and radio frequency technologies. Light energies are selectively absorbed by the hemoglobin and pigmented lesions. The light and RF energies work synergistically at different levels creating a combined thermal effect. Skin is thus preheated alongside an impedance difference. The low light level enables the simultaneous absorption of RF at targeted tissues while side effects of light energies are minimized. Conventional IPL has limited penetration of about 4mm while E-light can have focused thermal energy at a depth of 15mm. E-light enables the simultaneous resolution of fine surface wrinkles and deeper wrinkles and deeper wrinkles in the dermis.

An optical switch is inserted in the laser cavity waiting for a maximum population inversion in the neodymium ions before it opens. Then the light wave can run through the cavity, depopulating the excited laser medium at maximum population inversion. In this Q-switched mode output, high power energy and pulse durations of only 6 nanoseconds are achieved. Pulses of light from the laser are directed onto the tattoo breaking up the tattoo pigment. The ink is fractured into tiny pieces that are then removed from the skin by the immune system. The advantage of this technology is that there is less chance of scarring. Over the next several weeks the body's scavenger cells remove the treated pigmented areas. 

Black Transformer Bio-Carbon Laser H80
Black Transformer is the latest Bio-carbon laser in the market. A thin film of bio-carbon granules is applied on the skin surface first. It moisturizes, protect the skin and is quickly absorbed. Upon penetration into skin and pores by these carbon granules, the laser beams will vibrate and break all dirt and impurities in the epidermis and stratum corneum. Legendarily, 1064 nm laser has a relatively long wavelength, which allows it to penetrate relatively deeply-all the way to the lower dermis. It triggers new collagen formation by producing controlled heat-damage in the dermis. Also, since this laser penetrates throughout the dermis ( the layer of skin where wrinkles reside) it is useful for treating fine wrinkles and depressed scars.

It is effective in treating larger and deeper telangiectatic vessels ( Spider veins) compared to the shorter wavelength laser. It is also effective in treating rosacea and facial flushing, especially in cases where deep dermal capillaries play a major role.

For hair removal, it is significantly safer for dark skinned people because it bypassed the epidermis (the outer skin layer) and hence is less likely to cause pigmentation changes.
